We store the data your firm enters (clients, trucks, fuel and mileage records, documents) to provide the service. We do not sell it. Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled databases and file storage in the United States.

We use service providers to run IFTAflow: hosting (Netlify), database (Neon Postgres), and email delivery (Resend). We do not process card payments; invoices are paid by bank transfer (ACH) or Zelle. They process data only on our instructions.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sign-in activity is logged for security. Firm administrators can see their team's sign-in history.
